I think my recipe is the easiest way how to make carrot sauce.
The carrot is a root vegetable, usually orange in color, though purple, black, red, white and yellow cultivars exist. They are a domesticated form of the wild carrot, Daucus carota, native to Europe and South-western Asia. Raw carrots are 88% water, 9% Carbohydrates, 0.9% protein, 2.8 dietary fiber and etc. So carrot is a very important vegetable to a healthy diet. (source - wikipedia)
Try this recipe and taste home-made carrot sauce.
- 4 cup of carrot juice
- 8 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tbsp mixed herbs
- 1 spring parsley
- Salt to taste
- Heat the sauce pan: Over medium flame and pour the carrot juice in it. Allow it to boil and remove from the heat.
- Warm the butter: Add the butter in a small amounts and whisk well in another pan. Once done, pour it into the pan and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add cayenne pepper, parsley, salt, mixed herbs & cinnamon powder: Mix well. Then remove from the heat.
